ABOUT US

Jenica Springer  |  Owner

Massage, Structural Integration, Reiki, Natural Wellness

Jenica Springer, is a licensed massage therapist, a certified permaculture designer, certified yoga teacher, reiki III level practitioner, and a health advocate in nutrition and herbalism. Jenica has focused her arts on whole systems of health. She has studied healing modalities all over the world. After completion in the programs through Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork she now utilizes structural bodywork with energy work and functional health tools to offer dynamic sessions. Jenica offers many levels of body care and wellness.

The therapists she hires are trained in similar modalities, care just as deeply about their clients, and maintain active outdoor lifestyles. They know what it takes to stay healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally so they can be 100% present and professional.

“I recently received a massage from Jenica that was intuitive, healing and spot on. Jenica is a master at finding exactly the areas that need to be worked and released in a gentle, effective way. She checked in several times to make sure that the pressure was fine. I spend most hours each day on a computer for work so I know firsthand what it feels like to have ‘computer body’ and  tight, knotted shoulders. Jenica released all knots gently and I left feeling weightless.  Excellent Massage Therapist. Highly recommended!”

Abbey Holmes

Structural Integration – Rolf Method

Abbey Holmes is practitioner of the Rolf Method, a form of structural integration.   Pain in her own body brought her into the field of structural integration.  After a significant back injury (from practicing yoga) she received her first 10 series. This work was so impactful, Abbey enrolled to become a practitioner at The Rolf Guild for Structural Integration in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Abbey is also certified in Fitalign. This is a movement practice combining breath work, strengthening and moving with a body that is fully aligned. The particular movements work with fascial lines within the body.  This is a great adjunct to the Rolf Method. Alone it can also help with with chronic pain.

When Abbey is not in the office she is either surfing or working in her garden, but probably surfing.

“The perfect environment for total relaxation. My therapist was skilled at seeking out tension/problem areas in the body. She had the unique ability to take her clients to the point between sleep and wakefulness, and each time I have experienced one of her massages, I leave feeling reinvigorated, rejuvenated, and completely relaxed. I can’t wait until my next massage!!”

“What I particularly like about Princeville Massage Therapy is that my therapist asks about existing physical issues that need attention, and then goes to work getting the knots out. In my case there was some sacral tightness that needed attention and within a few sessions, it was gone.”
